$125 per Hour
3 Hour minimum after 5pm on Friday
4 Hour minimum after 5pm on Saturday

*Special Rates may apply for Prime Dates (i.e. New Year’s Eve, St. Patrick’s Day etc.)
** A Surcharge for runs outside of the Dayton Area
Security Deposit: 
There is a $200.00 non-refundable deposit due to hold the date.
Balance of Contract
The remaining balance of the contract must be paid in full 7-days prior to the event date.
If the event is canceled without a 7-day notice you are responsible for the entire balance due.
The credit card holder is ultimately responsible for any and all damages to the bus during the event, plus an additional charges that may have been incurred.
Please check with the driver for availability of the bus if you would like to extend the event hours.  If your party goes over the prearranged time you will be charged in 30 minute increments.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event if there are severe weather conditions (i.e. snow or ice) on the night of the event.  The safety of the driver and passengers will be priority, a full refund will be given if the event must be canceled due to weather
